On the culinary bike ride, staff noted that historically the town handled restaurant recruitment and registration but that committee members now need to contact restaurants and confirm participation; committee members were reminded the town budget covers core onsite costs (police, start/finish, DJ) and that ticket pricing for restaurants will be set once the roster is finalized.
