- Approved: $25,000 claim to restore Pitney Bowes postage services for court administration and the larger payment-of-claims batch of $28,209,680.67 (roll-call votes recorded); payroll for 11/05/2025 ($1,018,533.60) was approved.
- Failed: Motion to introduce Ordinance 2025-31 (retiree-insurance changes moving employer/employee split from 70/30 to 50/50 and removing spouse coverage) died for lack of a second.
Several other administrative approvals and procedural items were completed, including board-appointments reminders, a gym liability waiver, and the sanitary district's offer of surplus equipment (street sweeper and Peterson truck) that commissioners agreed to accept pending reciprocal resolutions at Dec. 1 meetings.
The commission recessed for an emotional recess to honor Corporal Blake Reynolds at the end of the session.
