The council approved the license on a roll‑call vote.
IRS Restaurant: The council read paper 25,162 to grant a common victualler license to J and A Restaurant Corp, DBA IRS Restaurant (location on Salem Street). Joaquin Lemos introduced himself for the record as the new owner and said the restaurant has operated at the address for more than a decade and he intends to continue serving the community. The council approved the license by roll call (recorded as seven affirmative, none opposed).
