The Highland Village Parks & Recreation Advisory Board convened at 6:03 p.m. Nov. 17 and re-elected its chair for another term after a nomination and unanimous voice vote; Tyler Gump was nominated and approved as vice chair.
The board approved the minutes from its Oct. 20 meeting by motion and voice vote. Staff also presented winners of a youth fishing challenge (contest launched Sept. 13, ended Oct. 31) and invited photo opportunities and brief remarks from prize recipients and their parents. The meeting ended at 8:21 p.m.
