The Orland Park Plan Commission on Nov. 18 approved a special-use permit and a variance for a proposed Valvoline Instant Oil Change at the northwest corner of Wolf Road and 179th Street, adjacent to the Aldi.
Developer representative Jim Mulgine of Integris Development said the project proposes a three-bay Valvoline using the site’s existing detention facility and that site constraints make it difficult to provide the maintenance-access path required by code.
