ZIONSVILLE, Ind. — The Zionsville Redevelopment Commission on Nov. 18 approved its 2026 budget and spending plan, tabled a term sheet for Lot 1 in Creekside Corporate Park to next month and received its annual tax-increment financing (TIF) report.
Tim Berry of CROW presented the TIF report, telling commissioners that “what is important to note here is, the coming expiration date of the Zionsville EDA.
