The board approved payroll warrant #10 ($375,111.48), school warrant #1039 ($180,854.54), CDBG warrant #1040 ($6,962.12), general fund warrant #1041 ($85,204.10) and fire/highway warrants #1042 ($35,209.53) and #1043 ($382,672). No roll-call vote with named tallies was recorded in the transcript; each item was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
