Select Board approves two committee appointments and accepts Harvard PILOT payment

Eric Kinga introduced himself and his interest in serving on the tricentennial committee; the board moved/seconded the appointment and approved it by voice vote for a term ending June 30, 2026. David Joyner described his experience in affordable‑housing finance and tax‑credit investment and was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Affordable Housing Trust for a term to June 30, 2027; the motion was moved, seconded, and carried by voice vote.
Separately the board voted to accept a pilot payment from Harvard (a voluntary donation that the town treats as a PILOT). The board moved/seconded to accept Harvard’s pilot and approved it by voice vote.
All three items were approved by voice vote; minutes will reflect the appointments and the accepted payment.
