Marsh also outlined community outreach plans: the department's Santa truck runs begin the Friday after Thanksgiving and will operate on Friday and Saturday evenings (except Dec. 6 for the department Christmas dinner); routes and a tracker will be posted on the department’s Facebook page so residents know approximate arrival times.
