A committee member moved to recommend authority approval and the motion was seconded; the committee approved the recommendation by voice vote with ayes recorded. The item was listed as a recommendation for full authority approval; the full authority will consider the project agreement at its next meeting per the standard agenda process.
The finance committee did not amend the project agreement and took no other action on the trail project during the meeting.
