The Templeton Conservation Commission reopened a public hearing on Nov. 17, 2025, for a Notice of Intent seeking to construct a driveway crossing a wetland and to install a septic system within the wetland buffer on Patrice Road. No applicant representative attended the meeting, and staff reported no new information.
The commission took a motion to reopen the hearing and then, on a motion to continue the item, voted to carry the public hearing to the next meeting. Speaker 2 (staff) told the commission there was no representation present and recommended continuing the hearing to the next meeting; the motion to continue carried with votes recorded as yes by Christophe/Kristoff, Joanne, George and Dave.
The continued status preserves the commission’s opportunity to review additional submissions or receive public comment once the applicant is represented. The hearing will next be before the commission at its scheduled meeting on Dec. 15, 2025, unless otherwise noticed.
