Richmond council approves routine minutes, honors volunteer and sets Jan. 19 roundtable

Staff noted a recreation toy sale at the ODD that "went very well." Several community programs and holiday events were announced, including Hall walking at Lee Elementary, teen and adult open gym hours, an upcoming Kris Kringle market with vendors and a trolley, a historical village opening, a Santa parade beginning at 5:30 p.m., and a tree lighting at 6 p.m.
