Students present Rambler magazine and news-package process to the board

Students highlighted recent projects: coverage of new safety officers at school, a drum-unity feature, and reporting on a college and career fair. One student noted the journalism class helped develop interviewing and public-speaking skills; another described the Rambler's circulation plan: distribution during lunch periods, staff mailboxes and email newsletters, with the first Rambler magazine for the semester expected in December.
Board members asked how artwork is solicited; the advisers said the journalism club runs calls for submissions and students can submit artwork and photography. The presentation concluded with the board thanking the students and requesting copies for board members.
No formal action was taken; the presentation was informational and board members expressed appreciation.
