- Superintendent-evaluation rubric: Motion that the chair, working with the superintendent, develop a rubric to bring to the committee for review — Approved (one recorded opposing vote by Jess Purcell).
- Independent route review (transportation study by RIDE / Transpar Group): Motion to approve an independent route and transportation-consolidation study — Approved (one recorded opposed: Polly).
- Transfers from fund balance to operating budget: Motion to approve specified transfers to reconcile prior-year capital and operating obligations and to facilitate audit completion — Approved unanimously.
- 2026 meeting calendar: Motion to accept revised meeting dates with removal of the Oct. 27 meeting — Approved (one abstention by Mr. Luzon).
- Consent agenda and grants: Consent agenda items approved unanimously except for a $10,000 Rhode Island school health and wellness mini-grant (consent item D-1), which passed with one abstention (Polly).
