The board reviewed an application from Osprey Grama and raised concerns that the submission focused on interior work rather than the exterior improvements that past DDA grants are intended to support. The chair said the DDA does not fund interiors under its grant program and that current fiscal-year funds are exhausted; any award would be paid in the next fiscal year (beginning March 2026) if the board ultimately approves it.

Because the application packet did not describe exterior improvements, the board agreed to table the matter. Mister Ranley moved to table the item and Miss Danko provided support; the motion carried on a voice vote.

The board asked staff to reach out to Osprey Grama to clarify whether exterior improvements are planned and to bring the application back when that information is available.
