- The council accepted and appropriated a $50,000 blight-lien settlement for 50 Heritage Drive into a newly established Blight Prevention Special Revenue Account to fund remediations and maintenance when properties are subject to blight liens (Resolution 111825-3).
- Whispering Oaks Court was accepted as a town road contingent on a satisfactory maintenance bond, recorded warranty deed and required easements (Resolution 111825-4).
