Senior Law Section schedules Dec. 12 CLE on housing and debt for vulnerable populations

The liaison to the Senior Law Section told the governors' roundtable the section has organized a continuing legal education (CLE) program for Dec. 12, 2025 titled "navigating housing and debt issues for vulnerable populations."

"It's 12/12/2025, and the heading is navigating housing and debt issues for vulnerable populations," the liaison said, and encouraged members, particularly those in the Senior Law Section, to consider attending. The liaison highlighted a session topic advising that vigilance and planning are preferable to damage control and noted attention to cognitive warning signs in elder populations.

The remarks were an event announcement; no board action or funding decision was taken during the roundtable. Members were asked to note the date and consider attending through their sections.
