The personnel consent agenda, which the board ratified, included resignations, retirements, new appointments, transfers, additional assignments and leave requests; the board recognized paraprofessional Terry Ruoff for 19 years of service during that portion of the meeting.
In finance business, the board withdrew an initial motion to approve a package of seven finance items, then voted to approve items 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. The board also voted to approve a resolution "urging the Pennsylvania General Assembly to end the state budget impasse," which the board president brought forward and members approved by voice vote.
The board approved the Atlas transportation contract for the 2025-26 school year as presented in the meeting packet.
