Salem council confirms Barb Stamp to Board of Health and approves emergency contract with Tetra Tech for Salem Industrial Park

The Salem City Council on Nov. 18 unanimously confirmed Barb Stamp to the Board of Health and adopted an emergency-resolution to hire Tetra Tech for environmental consulting related to the Salem Industrial Park.
