Committee approves seven-item consent agenda including entertainment budget transfer and two greenway easements

The committee also advanced two ordinances approving greenway conservation easements: BL 20 25 11 19 with Mill Creek Homes Association Inc. for improvements at 700 B Mill Creek Meadow Drive; and BL 20 25 11 20 with Doctor Horton Incorporated for improvements at 4399 Maxwell Road. Members approved BL 20 25 11 17, an ordinance establishing a temporary special event zone in parts of downtown Nashville from 9:00 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2025, through 6:00 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2026, for New Year’s Eve activities.
