Council reappoints Amy Richardson to Franklin Development Corporation; approves consent minutes

At its Nov. 17 meeting the Franklin City Council reappointed Amy Richardson to the Franklin Development Corporation board for a fifth term.
Community Development Specialist Dana Monson reported that Richardson has served multiple terms and "has always done an excellent job for us." Monson told the council Richardson "has graciously agreed to serve" if reappointed. A councilmember moved to reappoint Richardson and the council approved the motion by voice vote.
Earlier in the meeting the council approved the consent agenda, including the minutes from the Nov. 3 council meeting. A motion to approve minutes was made, seconded and passed by voice vote.
No further conditions or discussion about the appointment were recorded at the meeting; staff will update board records to reflect the reappointment.
