The Gilbert Redevelopment Commission took routine administrative actions during the meeting. Members approved minutes for the regular meeting held Oct. 15, 2025. The commission then considered officer appointments under town code, which limits chairs and vice chairs to two consecutive one‑year terms.

A motion was made to appoint Vice chair Updike as the next chair and to make current Chair Casey Kendall the vice chair at the start of the next regular meeting; the motion was seconded and confirmed by the commission. "Per town code, chairs and vice chairs may only serve two consecutive one‑year terms," the chair noted during the discussion.

Council member Torgerson/Torreyeson announced the annual Gilbert Days parade with more than 80 floats, scheduled Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Heritage District. The commission then adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
