Staff said the firm has worked on district projects, including a previously completed roofing project, and has historically come in under estimates.
Votes: motions to recommend approval of the geotechnical services and the architectural/civil services were seconded and approved by voice vote.
Next steps: staff will complete geotechnical testing, present material and cost options (asphalt vs. concrete) and return with a recommended construction plan and budget.
