Brockton Council approves transfers and a $470,000 borrowing for golf-course equipment

Laws ch. 44 §7(1) or pursue other enabling authority and to issue bonds or notes; the roll-call vote was 9 in favor, 1 opposed.
Other finance items placed on file included a mayoral recommendation to transfer $100,000 to the Traffic Commission's lines and signs budget and the recommendation to approve a prior-year unpaid bill of $2,000. Councilors recorded their votes for multiple items throughout the agenda.
