Staff said the parcel had prior approvals for more intense non‑agricultural uses and is adjacent to commercial and light industrial uses. The applicant stated he does not intend to create a full car lot with bright lights or flashing signs. The board approved the request after a short public exchange clarifying that the proposal is not for a conventional car lot.
Both approvals were recorded by motion and affirmative vote.
