Committee members reviewed quarterly project reports for county and municipal projects.

Tim (quarterly report presenter) asked Stu whether the environmental document for the North 9th Street bridge had received final approval. Stu confirmed, "NEPA was approved on October 8," and staff said final construction records and inspections for Morehouse Phase 1 were complete and that Morehouse Phase 2 is largely open to traffic with minor remaining work.

Staff reported Bridal 64 and 65 are moving toward stage 3 submittal and permits are anticipated; Bridge 527, Bridal 80 and Bridal 83 were reported with schedule updates and some projects pushed to 2028. North River Road Stage 3 design was submitted on October 30, and county bridge inspection selection and contract negotiations were underway for the next four‑year phase.

Tim thanked local LPA (local public agency) engineers for their updates and said staff will continue to monitor lingering purchase orders and invoices on the Sagamore Parkway Trail and other projects.
