Council approves $15,000 in one‑time grants to local food organizations

Sean Manley of the Puyallup Food Bank had briefed council earlier about his organization’s operations and invited council members to observe the food bank’s care team.
The item passed on a voice vote; funds are intended as immediate, short‑term assistance for food distribution during the holiday season.
