- Purchase of two 2025 Toyota RAV4 SE plug‑in hybrids at $48,363 each and three 2025 Toyota RAV4 LE hybrids at $35,240 each from Cary Toyota via the Toyota fleet program; motion and second recorded in the minutes; motion carried.
- Approval of the resolution to adopt the citizen participation plan and authorize staff to submit it to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; motion by Councilor Herrick, second by Councilor Ludwig. Motion carried.
