Lieutenant Leif reported the police department’s review of two liquor‑license applications and said both had met state‑law and city‑ordinance requirements and that the police department raised no objection. The council approved a restaurant retail liquor license for Amore Italian Restaurant at 305 Highway 78 West for on‑premise consumption and a retail package liquor license for Puff and Pour (Jan Jasper LLC) at 500 Highway 78 West for off‑premise consumption.
