The Carroll County Administrative and Technical Transportation Committee handled routine business on Nov. 20, approving past minutes and adjourning the meeting without substantive votes on policy.

The committee considered approval of the Aug. 21 meeting minutes; a motion was moved, seconded and the committee approved the minutes by voice vote (aye). Later in the agenda, a motion to adjourn was made, seconded and carried by voice vote.

No formal motions to adopt policies, award contracts or change funding allocations were taken. Several informational items and requests for follow-up were discussed but not acted on formally during the session.
