The Cannon Falls City Council approved the consent agenda on Nov. 18 by a single motion. Items included claims for the accounting period ending Nov. 13, meeting minutes from Nov. 5, second reading and adoption of Ordinance 412 (an amendment to the Cannon Falls zoning ordinance), Resolution 2845 authorizing city license renewals for 2026, approval of the WWTP Headworks engineers report (note: item e was pulled and handled as city business), approval of the final pay request for the 2025 street maintenance project, purchase approval for an IV infusion pump for the ambulance department, hiring approval for a part-time paramedic, and the 2026 agreement for state building administration.
Councilmember Lisa moved to approve the consent agenda and Jeppesen seconded; the motion carried. One consent item (the WWTP headworks engineers report) was pulled before the consent vote and later approved separately by council action.
