She described forms (RPN, consent to access, request to access for title companies and consent to terminate) and said the county may charge up to $75 to process each request; the board approved implementing the program and the $75 fee.
Munson also reported that the county’s land-record software provider has proposed updated subscription terms with approximately a 15% increase in user fees (first increase since 2019). The board approved the updated subscription agreement and the attendant fee increase.
