Carmel board approves street-use permits, easements and stormwater waivers

For stormwater, the board approved items 6b through 6f together; staff highlighted item 6b, a stormwater technical standards waiver for 11825 River Road on behalf of Citizens Energy, and said all waivers had been reviewed and approved by the engineering department.
