The Adams County Board of Commissioners approved routine financial items and a budget transfer during its meeting.
The board accepted minutes from the Nov. 12 meeting. The auditor entered the monthly weights and measures report into the record and the board accepted weekly Allied health insurance claims, which were reported around $77,999.36 (medical and prescription line items were provided). Payroll claims were reported at $386,008.89 and commissioners approved separate payroll time‑card approval sets for October and November pay periods.
Auditor staff asked for a fund transfer to cover year‑end shortfalls in mental health — $16,004.10 to be moved from the Saint Mary Wabash River fund — and commissioners approved the transfer by motion.
Each motion was recorded in the meeting as made, seconded and passed; the minutes record approvals without a roll‑call vote.
