Wicker cited recent U.S. moves — including a Pentagon plan to reduce rotational forces in Romania — as steps that could weaken allied credibility and stressed pending legislation, the Eastern Flank Strategic Partnership Act, aimed at prioritizing assistance to frontline allies.
