The Union County Public Schools curriculum committee reviewed an updated service agreement with the EC department on Nov. 19 and voted to send the item to the full school board for approval.

Committee members were told the update revises parameters for quality health care services and that the arrangement continues with an existing vendor. Doctor Rogers described the item and said Dr. Beauchamp, director of EC, was present to answer questions. Committee leadership asked no substantive questions during the discussion.

A committee member moved to refer the agreement to the full board and another seconded; the referral passed by voice vote recorded as unanimous (3–0). The committee did not adopt the agreement itself; final approval will occur at the full school board meeting when the item returns for action.
