Mrs. Libby asked the board to approve publication of the required FCC Form 470 and an associated RFP for E‑rate categories 1 and 2; she said the items are already budgeted in the technology department and would be reimbursed through the E‑rate program.
A motion to publish the Form 470 and associated RFP was moved and seconded; the board approved the motion by voice vote.
Staff will proceed with the procurement steps required by the E‑rate process, including publishing Form 470 and accepting vendor responses to the RFP.
