In other business, the commission recognized Lynette Redburn for her service; staff said her term ends Sept. 30 and that she declined renewal. The commission discussed filling an alternate seat and staff will advertise and email members to solicit interest. The next planning commission meeting was set for Oct. 13, 2025, and the body adjourned following a motion and second.
