At the Nov. 19 meeting the council considered minutes from the Nov. 5, 2025 work meeting and business meeting. Councilwoman Emanzione moved to approve the minutes; Councilman McCall seconded.

The chair called for a vote. Councilwoman Manzion voted "Aye," Councilwoman Gautis voted "Aye," Councilman McCall voted "Aye," and Councilman Brady voted "Aye." The chair pronounced the motion passed 4–0 and adjourned the meeting at 7:28 p.m.

The minutes were approved by the recorded voice vote; no amendments or further discussion were recorded on the meeting floor.
