- Resolution 2025‑886 (49 U.S.C. §5310): The commission adopted a resolution supporting the regional transit system application for capital and operating assistance for paratransit service and to purchase a replacement van. Staff noted a 10% local match requirement. The roll call vote was unanimous with Commissioner Duncan Walker absent.
- Resolution 2025‑887 (49 U.S.C. §5311): The commission adopted a resolution supporting a §5311 grant application for rural demand‑response transportation; the city will include any resulting award in the next available budget amendment. Vote unanimous (Commissioner Duncan Walker absent).
- AHAC 2025 Incentives & Recommendations Report (IRR): The commission accepted the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee’s annual report, which reviews local incentives affecting affordable housing and recommends continued study of inclusionary zoning, ADU and lot‑size reforms, anti‑displacement measures, and permit‑processing incentives required by statute. The commission approved forwarding the IRR to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation by Dec. 31, 2025.
