Board members provided design feedback on color and imagery to ensure banners stand out against existing high-visibility yellow construction signage.
Shirley said staff are still researching whether wooden FPL poles beyond A Street can host banners and that the team will return with pricing and a map of the expanded target area. No spending decision was made at the meeting.
Next steps: staff to confirm FDOT permitting, finalize cost estimates and circulate an updated map for the expanded target area.
