Lenny Meers of Grimes Consulting Engineers, speaking for the applicant, said the proposed one‑story bank will be about 5,800 square feet, finished in brick veneer and stone, and conforms to the city's parking and green‑space requirements; he said 100% construction drawings are ready and will be submitted for permit review.
A council member moved to approve the application, a second was recorded, and the council voted 'aye' with no recorded opposition.
The council did not attach additional conditions in the public portion of the meeting; the applicant will proceed to file permit drawings.
