Milford wetlands agency accepts minutes and schedules continued review for Wheeler's Farms project

The Milford City Inlands Wetlands Agency on Nov. 19 voted to accept the meeting minutes as presented; the roll‑call vote recorded seven ayes and one abstention (Matthew Connors). Earlier in the meeting, the agency opened old business on application IW250054 (470–488 Wheelers Farms Road) and, following presentation and questions to the applicant team, the chair recommended the item be continued to the commission's Dec. 3 meeting to allow the city engineer time to review the applicant's written responses.

No formal permit decision was made on IW250054; the applicant agreed to deliver revised plans and responses next week and to accommodate an extension of the statutory review window if additional time is required. The meeting concluded with a brief staff report, reminders about a statewide riparian buffer working group and thanks from the chair; the agency adjourned and listed Dec. 3 as the next meeting date.
