Board members generally praised the design for fitting the block’s existing pattern. "It looks like a pretty good plan to me," Commissioner Kevin Buckley said during the board discussion, and others noted design choices that hide garage massing and relocate mechanical equipment away from roofs.
The board adopted the resolution approving the site plan at roll call; conditions recommended by staff were included in the approval.
