The Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) met after the commission conference session and approved several administrative actions, including the donation of four CRA-owned parcels to Broward County Habitat for Humanity for development of owner-occupied affordable housing.
The resolution accepted the Habitat proposal and delegated authority to the CRA executive director to execute conveyance documents and related instruments required to implement the donation at these addresses: 427 NW 20th Ave, 1207 NW 2nd St, 420 NW 8th Ave and 521 NW 13th Ave. The board also approved a budget amendment to appropriate unspent FY25 fund balances for various CRA districts.
Votes: the roll-call votes on the minutes and both CRA resolutions were recorded as unanimous among board members present.
