The Planning Board recorded two procedural actions during the Feb. 19 meeting.

Minutes approval: A motion to approve the minutes from Oct. 15, 2025 was made and seconded; the board signaled approval with voices of "aye." The motion was described on the record as moving to approve the October 15 minutes and was seconded by Rob.

Closure of public session: At the end of the agenda Chairman Carr moved to close the public session; the motion was seconded and the board voted in favor. No separate roll-call tallies were read for either procedural motion.

Both items were procedural and did not affect the substantive courtesy reviews heard that night.
