The Peabody Planning Board voted unanimously on Nov. 20 to grant a continuance for the 103 Foster Street matter until Dec. 4 after the applicant said additional responses to a Department of Public Services memorandum were pending.

Attorney John Kelty said the department’s memorandum was received the prior day and the team would provide the requested responses by Nov. 27 so the item could appear on the board’s Dec. 4 agenda. Kelty said the responses were intended to address the peer review comments and put the matter on the Dec. 4 agenda.

Doctor Otto moved "to receive the request from Attorney Kelty, representing 103 Foster Street, and grants such request for extension until 12/04/2024," and a board member seconded. The board voted aye and the chair announced the motion carried.
