The Cooke County Commissioners Court convened at 10:00 a.m., confirmed a quorum and approved a series of routine and land-use items at a meeting that ran through a short executive session.

The court approved the consent agenda by voice vote; the consent items were described as routine and noncontroversial and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioners then approved the treasurer's monthly report for Oct. 25 after a motion by Commissioner Sicking and a second by Commissioner Hart; the vote was recorded as 3-0.

On land-use business, the court approved the final plat for Rock Creek West Phase 2 after staff reported that paperwork and engineering approvals were in order. The motion to approve the final plat (precinct 1) passed unanimously.

After an executive session, commissioners voted to approve the sale of county property on Highway 82 and to ratify the judge's signature on the contract. The motion carried 3-0.

With those actions completed, the court adjourned.
