The Town Park meeting opened with a roll call and the Pledge of Allegiance. Speaker 2 confirmed a quorum and Speaker 1 moved to approve the minutes from the previous meeting; the motion was seconded and approved without recorded dissent.

The committee set its next regular meeting for Dec. 18. Speaker 3 moved to adjourn at the close of business; the motion was seconded and members voted to adjourn.

Staff were assigned follow-ups including revised wording for the Town Park rules and multiple vendor estimates for the proposed pavilion; these items were carried forward to the December agenda.
