The Auburn City Council addressed several land-use and development items at the Nov. 18 meeting.
Council reviewed multiple decisions related to the Greenwood Village development on West Farmville Avenue including future land-use designation, annexation, zoning and an infrastructure development agreement; the mayor said full details are in the council packet. Separately, the council approved two actions for property between West Farmville Road and Missus James Road that will allow a large-lot subdivision: the annexation and the rezoning.
Council postponed a determination on the Coal Place Phase 1 annexation (located on Society Hill Road, east of Nash Creek and north of Mitchell Farms). Mayor Anders said the Coal Place Phase 1 parcel covers about 85 acres and will return to the second meeting in December on Dec. 16.
